Nick Amaro - President and CEO
I've spent the last 15+ years building my career one step at a time. I started in entry-level route sales and worked my way through sales, leadership, hiring, and building teams. Today, I serve as the Head of Commercial Sales at Rhombus, a Northern California technology company.
AFE Business Consulting is something I do on nights and weekends because I genuinely enjoy helping small business owners grow. I've been fortunate to learn from great leaders throughout my career, and this is my way of giving some of that back.
I grew up in a small town in West Virginia and never imagined I'd end up building sales teams in Northern California. My story has been anything but a straight line. It's been built on hard work, taking chances, making mistakes, and figuring things out along the way.
That's really what AFE is about.
Helping small businesses hire better people, build a sales process that actually works, and grow with practical advice from someone who's lived it. No buzzwords. No cookie-cutter playbooks. Just honest conversations and real experience.
I call my journey "From Rags to Switches." It's a reminder that where you start doesn't determine where you can end up.

Emilee Amaro - CMO (Chief Mom Officer)
AFE Business Consulting simply wouldn't exist without Emilee. Her role is constantly changing, and somehow she always rises to the occasion. In her full-time career, she went from being a multi-degree educator to managing the office of a Silicon Valley law firm, proving that great people can transfer their talents anywhere.
One thing has always been true about Emilee: she'll do it her way. While that hasn't always been the easiest path, every decision has carved out a new one, making her stronger, wiser, and more confident along the way. It's no surprise to anyone who has watched her grow that people now look to her for direction and trust her judgment, because more often than not, it's the right way.
At home, she's the glue that keeps everything moving, balancing life with three guys and four spoiled toy poodles. Around here she's the chauffeur, note-taker, travel planner, direction reader, calendar manager, problem solver, and the one who somehow keeps everyone pointed in the right direction. We honestly couldn't do it without her.

Landon Amaro, Vice President of Creativity
Landon is learning that money disappears a lot faster than it comes in, and that hard work pays off through his second year of Pop Warner football and a Silicon Valley middle school curriculum. He brings curiosity, creativity, and plenty of big ideas to the team.
Ollie Amaro, Head of Security
Ollie is balancing a part-time job, football, and his upcoming senior year of high school, with his sights set on playing college football. He is learning to be smarter with his new W-2 income, building a small card investment, and setting money aside for education after high school.
